Comments |
Animals were immunized with EL4 lymphoma cells mixed with Bordetella pertussis bacteria. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with all cells bearing H-2 of the b haplotype and cross-reacts with the H-2 p and pa haplotypes. It does not react with the d, f, j, k, q, s, v, u, w1 and W15 haplotypes. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
