Comments |
Animals were immunized with ICAM-1 transfected FT16.I1 cells. Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells. The antibody blocks the binding of lymphocyte function antigen 1 (LFA-1, CD11a, CD18) to ICAM-1. The antiboy is useful for studies of inflammation, lymphocyte differentiation and lymphocyte activation. It can be used for purification of ICAM-1 and for staining of cell surface ICAM-1 by flow cytometry. |
