Animals were immunized with bovine thymocytes. Spleen cells were fused with NS1 myeloma cells. The antibody is specific for bovine WC1. It is similar in specificity to CC15 (see ATCC HB-265), but appears to bind to a different epitope. This antibody was included in the panel of the International Workshop on Bovine, Sheep and Goat Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens in 1989 and 1992. |
