Applications |
Animals were immunized with a peptide corresponding to residues 23 to 44 in bovine clathrin LCa and LCb (a region that is conserved in all mammalian clathrin light chains). The antibody is useful for western blotting, immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation applications involving clathrin light chains of mammals. |

Animals were immunized with a peptide corresponding to residues 23 to 44 in bovine clathrin LCa and LCb (a region that is conserved in all mammalian clathrin light chains). Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody is useful for western blotting, immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation applications involving clathrin light chains of mammals. |
