Subculturing |
To dislodge adherent cells, remove all but 5 to 10 mL of medium and vigorously shake flask. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Subcultures may also be prepared using standard trypsinization procedures.
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:20 is recommended
Medium Renewal: 2 to 3 times per week |
