Subculturing |
Cultures can be maintained by addition of fresh medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 2 x 105 cells/mL. Maintain cultures between 1 x 105 and 2 x 106 cells/mL. Recovery of this line from the frozen state is improved by using a feeder layer of irradiated MRC-5 cells (ATCC 55-X).
