Biosafety classification is based on U.S. Public Health Service Guidelines, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their facilities comply with biosafety regulations for their own country. |
Disease |
Leukemia |
Applications |
The antibody is useful in studies of mouse class I antigens and T cell receptors. The antibody reacts with the TL (thymus - leukemia antigen, product of the tla locus) mouse class I antigen. |
Derivation |
A rat was immunized with the TL+ mouse leukemia ASL1 (a spontaneous leukemia that developed in a strain A mouse). Spleen cells were fused with NS-1 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with the TL (thymus - leukemia antigen, product of the tla locus) mouse class I antigen. The antibody is useful in studies of mouse class I antigens and T cell receptors. |
Genes Expressed |
immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against mouse TL antigen |
Cellular Products |
immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against mouse TL antigen |
