Animals were immunized with purified human myeloma protein. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with human IgG (all four IgG subclasses) and cross-reacts with IgG from goat. It does not cross-reacts with IgG from rabbit, sheep or horse. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
