Comments |
Antibody reacts with human IgG (all four IgG subclasses) and cross-reacts with IgG from rabbit, goat, sheep and horse.
The antibody does not react with human Fab or F(ab')2 nor does it react with human IgA, IgE or IgM.
Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
Complete Growth Medium |
The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium, (ATCC 30-2002). To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium:
- 10 mM HEPES
- 0.05 mM 2-Mercaptoethanol
- Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS; ATCC 30-2020) to a final concentration of 10%

Subculturing |
Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Establish new cultures at 2 x 105 cells/mL and maintain between 1 x 105 and 1 x 106 cells/mL.
