Animals were immunized with purified human myeloma protein. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with hinge region epitopes that are different from those reactive with HP6047 (ATCC CRL-1774). Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
