Animals were immunized with purified human myeloma protein. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody specifically reacts with human kappa chains. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). The CRL-1758 cell line was deposited as cells producing immunoglobulin isotype mouse IgG2a but were found to produce immunoglobulin isotype mouse IgG1. |
