Subculturing |
Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Alternatively, cultures may be established by centrifugation. Adherent cells can be dislodged by scraping. Initiate cultures at 2 to 5 x 105 viable cells/mL. Subculture when cell density reaches 1 x 106 cells/mL.
Medium Renewal: 2 to 3 times per week |
