Animals were immunized with the RPMI 8866 human B cell line. Spleen cells were fused with NS-1 myeloma cells. The antibody does not cross-react with mouse, rat, cat or monkey beta-2-microglobulin. The antibody is not cytotoxic. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
