Yes, forms ascites in BALB/c mice |
Comments |
Animals were immunized with recombinant human luteinizing hormone/human chorionic gonadotropin (LH/hCG) receptor expressed in E. coli. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cells. The antibody recognizes the extracellular domain (hormone binding domain) of the LH/hCG receptor, (amino acids domain 21-362). The LHR-29 (ATCC CRL-2685), LHR-74 (ATCC CRL-2686) and LHR-1055 (ATCC CRL-2687) antibodies are additive. They recognize different epitopes. The antibodies can be used in Western Blot, ELISA, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry assays of the human LH/hCG receptor. |
