The MCF-10-2A cell line is a non-tumorigenic epithelial cell line that does not undergo senescence after exposure to high calcium levels. The cells are positive for epithelial cytokeratins and milk fat globule antigen. They exhibit three dimensional growth in collagen, and infrequently form domes in confluent cultures. |
