The antibody reacts precipitates a 150000/90000 dalton CD11/CD18 heterodimer (see also ATCC HB-226) from murine dendritic cells.
The N418 epitope may be the mouse equivalent to human CD11c.
The N418 epitope is detected only on dendritic cells and is not present on peritoneal macrophages, anti-immunoglobulin induced B lymphoblasts or bulk lymph node cells. |
