Applications |
The NFS-25 C-3 cell line was derived from a spontaneous lymphoma. They are negative for ThB, surface immunoglobulin (sIg) and Ia, tested, and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
Comments |
The NFS-25 C-3 cell line was derived from a spontaneous lymphoma. The cells bear markers consistent with identification as large pre-B lymphoblasts [(Ly 17, CD32), (Ly 1, CD5), (Lyb 2, Ly 5(B220), CD45R)]. They are negative for ThB, surface immunoglobulin (sIg) and Ia, tested, and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
