Mice were immunized with fraction VIII human DNA polymerase alpha. Spleen cells were fused with NS-1 myeloma cells. The antibody does not react with DNA polymerases beta and gamma, and does not neutralize polymerase alpha activity. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). Formerly ATCC TIB-178. |
