Comments |
Animals were immunized with human thymic stroma. Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with an intracellular antigen expressed in cortical, but not medullary, thymic epithelium. All TE3+ cells in the thymus were found to express HLA and Ia antigens, and contain keratin. |
