Subculturing |
Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 5 x 104 to 1 x 105 viable cells/mL. Maintain cell density between 5 x 104 and 5 x 105 cells/mL.
Frozen cells may take longer than 2-3 days in complete culture medium to successfully recover from the frozen state.
