Comments |
Animals were immunized with Con A stimulated spleen cells from B10.A(5R) mice. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with a conformational or combinatorial determinant on Ea:Eb complexes (Ae:Ea) of the b, k, r, s and v haplotypes. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
