Comments |
Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--3.2; EcoRI--3.2; HindIII--3.2; XhoI--3.2; BamHI/EcoRI--3.2, 0.215. Partial cDNA clone derived from a region containing an intron in genomic DNA. Constructed after amplification from cDNA with these primers: 5'-GGACTTTCGCGACGCCT-3'; 5'-GCATCCATGGACGTTGCTTGTC-3'. The product was shortened to 180 bp before cloning. Transcription from the SP6 promoter gives the sense strand. |
