Morphology
Colonies bright salmon pink at first, darkening to mid brown with age, closely adpressed to the medium and appearing slimy. Conidiophores undifferentiated, the aerial mycelium bearing conidiogenous cells laterally. Conidiogenous cells hyaline, tapering, with no definite collarette, bearing conidia produced enteroblastically, singly, and successively at the apex. Conidia hyaline, rather variable in shape and size, ellipsoidal-cylindrical.
