Morphology
Colonies on cornmeal agar are submerged, and on potato-carrot agar are with a radiate pattern. Main hyphae are up to 6 μm wide. Appressoria are sickle-shaped, often catenulate. Sporangia are consisting of inflated, lobulate filaments, forming complicated structures.
