Morphology
After 9 days at 25°C on YM agar, colonies chocolate brown with creamy yellow margin, velutinus, deeply sulcate. Reverse dark mustard to bright yellow. On malt extract agar, colonies dark brown in the center becoming tan with a white margin, velutinus, beginning to sector. Reverse tan to buff. Hyphae guttulate. Conidial heads radiate, uniseriate, phialides ovoid to obpyriform. Conidia reddish brown, faintly roughened texture, 5-6.75 X 5-6μm.
