DNA: genomic Insert lengths(kb): 1.600000023841858 Tissue: HOS cell line DNA transferred into NIH 3T3 cells Gene product: met proto-oncogene(hepatocyte growth factor receptor) [MET] Alleles: D1, D2, D1, D2, A2, B2, A2, B1, B2, A1, A1, A2, A2, B1, C1, C2, A1, A1, A1, A2, A2, C1, C2, A1 |

Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): SalI/EcoRI--4.2, 1.25; SalI--5.5; EcoRI--5.5. NIH 3T3 cells were transformed with DNA from the osteosarcoma HOS cell line which had been treated with N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG). DNA from secondary transfectants was used to isolate the clone. |
