Growth Conditions
Temperature: 25°C
Recommendations for Infection: Plate host cells prior to infection and infect when cultures are 95-100% confluent. Spin down infected cells from inoculum and remove preservation medium containing DMSO, and resuspend cell pellet in fresh growth medium diluted to provide an optimal MOI. Remove medium from host cells and inoculate with a small volume of agent. Replace half of growth medium once per week.
